My name is Jennifer and I am in the midst of creating my own bakery, Remember Me Cakery. I need to thank my wonderful friends for the name and for supporting me with the crazy idea of becoming a cake decorator from scratch!
My degree is in journalism and instead of using my creative mind to write stories, I make cakes! Oh- and cookies. :-)
I have to thank my mother for supplying me with endless support and decorating skills. Ever since I can remember she and I would make cookies and fudge for the holidays to give out as gifts. She is the best cookie decorator I know and inspired my passion.
So this blog is to document my journey from amateur to professional (positive thinking!).
